Domiciliary Care (Home Care)

Potens offers Domiciliary Care services to adults with a learning disability, mental ill health and associated needs. This service is offered to people in their own homes or in conjunction with suitable accommodation - please refer to our Supported Living page.
The staff team are experienced in meeting a wide range of needs including behaviour that challenges and complex needs, with support packages individually designed to promote independence and enable service user choice.

The support provided is regulated by CQC in line with the Essential Standards of Quality and Safety and the management team ensure that the quality of service delivery is maintained and that an out of hours ‘on call' facility is available to offer staff at all levels additional support where required.
