Day Care

Day Care services are available for people who need support to enable them to live as independent and fulfilling a life as possible, in their communities. They are offered to people with physical and/or learning disabilities and those with mental health needs.

 

Residential Care

Residential Care is for people who can not continue living in their own home, even with support from home care services. You can stay in residential care for a short time (known as respite care), over a longer period or permanently.

 

Domiciliary Care

Potens offers Domiciliary Care services within the Wirral area to adults with a learning disability, mental ill health and associated needs. This service can be provided to people in their own homes and can be provided as a service within its own right or in conjunction with support services - please refer to our Supported Living section.

Supported Living

Potens operates five Supported Living projects on the Wirral Peninsula with group houses, shared and single flats, enabling adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues to maintain their independence with the appropriate individual level of supportĀ and care to facilitate inclusion in the local community.
