We require an experienced Support Worker to be part of our team within the Oak Unit which provides an individualised service for people with Mental Health issues.
The post holder will be required to support clients with their daily activities and personal care needs. The 40 hours are worked on a 24 hour rota including weekends and nights.

We are looking to recruit Bank support workers to work as and when required, assisting in the day to day support of adults with a Learning Disability/ Mental Health and complex needs, who live in our 7 bed residential home.

An opportunity has arisen to join an exciting new, Domiciliary Care, Supported Living Service in Torquay. As a Support Worker you will foster enablement and empowerment within your working practice, encouraging individuals to maximise their independence and guiding their progression. The posts require flexible working patterns to include some evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.

We require two part time Support Workers to be part of our team at one of our supported living homes based in the Ormskirk area which provides an individualised service for people with learning/physical disabilities.
