Learning Disabilities Emotional Behavioural Difficulty
Avondale Lodge is a Registered Residential home for people with learning disabilities, additional mental health needs and complex & challenging behaviour in two individual houses.
Avondale Lodge is close to the town centre and community activities of Redcar. The service offers people with high support needs a package which includes individualised support & care, in a stable environment, aiding activities of daily living.
The skilled staff team benefit from training and guidance from Potens Behavioural Support & Therapy Team, accessing solutions to communication issues, daily living difficulties and any behaviour that challenges.
6 Nelson Terrace offers specialist support to adults with learning disabilities and additional mental health needs and consists of 5 en-suite bedrooms with shared living and dining facilities.
7 Nelson Terrace offers support to people with learning disabilities and additional complex needs that may result in challenging behaviour and consists of 7 en-suite bedrooms with shared living and dining facilities.
