Learning Disabilities Emotional Behavioural Difficulty
Registered residential home, providing accommodation & support for eight people with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Takes a person centred approach, focused on positive outcomes for each individual.
Encourages a homely environment, supporting daily living activities and facilitating access to local inclusive community activities.
Clement is close to the town centre and community activities of Llandudno. The service offers people with high support needs a package which includes individualised support & care, in a stable environment, aiding activities of daily living.
The skilled staff team benefit from training and guidance from Potens Behavioural Support & Therapy Team, accessing solutions to communication issues, daily living difficulties and any behaviour that challenges.
Facilities - Large Victorian semi-detached house with 8 en-suite rooms over 3 floors, and neutral decoration and space for sleeping & living in each personal room. There are a variety of communal rooms, lounge, dining room & kitchen, plus a large garden and patio area.
