Takes a person centred approach, focused on positive outcomes for each individual.

Supports daily living activities and facilitating access to local inclusive community activities.

The service offers people with support needs a package which includes individualised support & care, aiding activities of daily living. The skilled staff team find solutions to communication issues, daily living difficulties and any behaviour that challenges.

Working with an appropriate Housing Association, suitable accommodation in Hale or Sale is also available.
