Head Office

Potens provides a wide range of services including residential care, single and multi-occupancy supported living and day services across the North East and North West of England, North Wales and Northern Ireland. Head Office is located at Birkenhead, staffed by an Office Manager and Receptionist.

Our Chief Operating Officer works closely with John Farragher to focus on the strategic development of the company. The Director of Operations has management responsibility for the Operations Team. Each geographical area is managed by an Area Manager; the North East Area Manager being supported by the Head of Care.

The Director of Finance & Finance Team, together with the Estates Manager provide comprehensive support services to the each Home, Service Managers and Staff Teams.

We also have a Quality Assurance & Training Manager in recognition of the emphasis placed by the organisation on training and staff development to ensure that a highly skilled workforce provides individualised care.
