Registered Residential home, providing accommodation & support for six people with learning disabilities and complex needs, including challenging behaviour. 

Takes a person centred approach, focused on positive outcomes for each individual.  Encourages a homely environment, supporting daily living activities and facilitating access to local inclusive community activities. 

Heath Lodge is close to the town centre and community activities of Warrington. The service offers people with high support needs a package which includes individualised support & care, in a stable environment, aiding activities of daily living. 

The skilled staff team benefit from training and guidance from Potens Behavioural Support & Therapy Team, accessing solutions to communication issues, daily living difficulties and any behaviour that challenges. 

Facilities - Spacious detached house with 6 rooms over 2 floors, with neutral decoration and space for sleeping & living in each personal room. There are a variety of communal rooms, bathrooms, lounge, dining room & kitchen, plus a rear garden & patio area.
