Registered Residential Care home, providing accommodation & support for ten people with learning and physical disabilities including challenging behaviour.  Takes a person centred approach, focused on positive outcomes for each individual.  Encourages a homely environment, supporting daily living activities and facilitating access to local inclusive community activities.  Middleton Lodge is close to the community centre and activities of Middleton St George, near Darlington. The service offers people with high support needs a package which includes individualised support & care, in a stable environment, aiding activities of daily living. The skilled staff team benefit from training and guidance from Potens Behavioural Therapy Team, accessing solutions to communication issues, daily living difficulties and any behaviour that challenges.  Facilities - Spacious detached bungalow with 10 en-suite rooms, with neutral decoration and space for sleeping & living in each personal room. There are a variety of communal rooms, bathrooms, lounges, activity room, dining room & kitchen, plus large gardens to front and rear.
