Middleton Lodge is a Registered Residential home for adults with learning and physical disabilities including challenging behaviour.
This specialist support service takes a person centred approach, focused on positive outcomes for each individual. Encourages a homely environment, supporting daily living activities and facilitating access to local inclusive community activities.
Middleton Lodge is close to the community centre and activities of Middleton St George, near Darlington. The service offers people with high support needs a package which includes individualised support & care, in a stable environment, aiding activities of daily living.
The skilled staff team benefit from training and guidance from Potens Behavioural Support & Therapy Team, accessing solutions to communication issues, daily living difficulties and any behaviour that challenges.
Facilities - Spacious detached bungalow with 10 en-suite rooms, a variety of communal rooms, bathrooms, lounges, activity room, dining room & kitchen, plus large gardens to front and rear.
