Potens offers planned or unplanned respite and short break services to those with high support needs in a supportive and caring environment where as much independence as possible is encouraged. A wide range of needs, including complex needs and behaviour that challenges, can be met. This period could also be an excellent opportunity to fully assess an individual’s needs for the short and long term future.
